Power yoga is a an athletic form of yoga that increases strength, flexibility, core works as well stretching and elongating the muscles through a vinyasa style flow. This class will be focused on learning the basics and jump starting your body into wellness this new year!
Beginner’s series starts Monday, 3/5-4/9 (6 weeks)

BEGINNER BOOT CAMP
If you have never worked out a day in your life; if you’ve put on weight and don’t know how to lose it; if you’re a busy mom; this is designed for you! Beginner Boot Camp Workout is ideal for those who are looking to break a sweat, tone the body, and burn some extra calories – without a lot of joint-jarring, high impact moves.
Saturday Mornings 10:30-11:30AM
Cost: $66 for 6 week program
BEGINNER COMBO SERIES
This option allows you to enjoy BOTH Beginner Power Yoga on Monday Evenings AND Beginner Boot Camp on Saturday mornings at a discounted price.
