Beginner Power Yoga

Power yoga is a  an athletic form of yoga that increases strength, flexibility, core works as well stretching and elongating the muscles through a vinyasa style flow. This class will be focused on learning the basics and jump starting your body into wellness this new year!

A 6 week beginners series starts Monday January 15th through 2/2/19

$ 70 for 6 week program
