1/10 – 1/31 : Wednesdays – 7:30pm-9:00pm – $45
This 4 week program will give students tips, tricks and first hand knowledge of how to eat well for your body and lifestyle . The instructor will share experiences and expertise from her own personal journey of a 130lb. weight loss and keeping it off 5 years later. By the end of the session students will have enough knowledge to create their own wellness program designed for their lifestyle.
