We are happy to announce that we are adding more classes to our PERFECT FIT programming schedule in an effort to fit parent’s and family’s fitness needs.  What better way to start this concept than by offering yoga to both you and your child?  Yoga is the perfect way to manage stress through breathing awareness, meditation, and healthy movement.  The PERFECT FIT scheduling concept with our new POWER UP fitness series is our solution to your busy schedule.  To help us launch this series we are excited to introduce our new Yoga Instructor, Barbara Durand, a RYT-Certified Yoga Instructor who also comes with many years of experience working as an early childhood educator. 

Barb truly has an amazing fitness story!  Barbara Durand has a background in early childhood education and has worked as a preschool teacher, a nanny and is now mom of a wonderful 7 year old!  Although no longer a preschool teacher, she enjoys bringing yoga, music, and movement to the little yogis in the seacoast area. She believes it’s incredibly important to get children to love physical movement and an early age.  As someone who struggled with weight her entire life, fitness, health, and wellness have become Barbara’s life passion. Shortly after her son was born Barbara started on a path to a healthier lifestyle and 5+ years later she has lost over 130 pounds and has become a certified yoga instructor him and fitness enthusiast. You will be simply amazed on how she was able to transform herself and her lifestyle starting with Yoga!


‘FIT and Fun Mondays  (ages 8-15)

What better way to get your “Tween” in motion than a combination of hip hop cardio moves incorporating basic yoga poses. High energy, fun music and constant movement!

Our next Session starts:    6/12-7/3

Mon: 3:30pm-4:30pm

Cost: $40  (Please bring a yoga mat & H2O bottle)


Adult Options:

Due to our NEW programs we added we felt it would be the “Perfect Fit” for parents to use a Monthly  Membership Pass! This allows you to pick the days and times that work best with your schedule and your not stuck with one program if you can’t make it to a class.

This  membership is good for any adult class we offer in the POWER UP Series.

Current schedule is valid now through June 24th. New schedule for the Summer will posted shortly and will include early morning Power Yoga classes!

Membership passes may be purchased one month at a time or in a 3 month bundle for extra savings.

Cardio Boot Camp

Strength Yoga

What a perfect intermediate level class that incorporates traditional strength movements such as squats, lunges,  and shoulder press in combination with Power Vinyasa Yoga Flow!

 Yoga Boot Camp

The perfect mix of all our offerings with 20 minutes of Yoga; 20 minutes of Strength Yoga with weights; and 20 minutes of Cardio/abs for a full body workout.
