We are very excited to offer Karate two fantastic programs here at the Community Center under the direction of Karate International Martial Arts Center. K.I. is the finest school in the area dedicated to making your Martial Arts experience enjoyable and satisfying.
(grades 2-5) Thursdays from 3:15 p.m. to 4:15 p.m. 1/11 – 3/22 (no classes 3/1)
This introduction to karate is an excellent opportunity to let your own karate kid learn from a true Sensei. Returning students will also be challenged to improve their skills! *Transportation is provided using First Student from N.E.S. to the community Center.
Cost $100 per session. 10 classes.
Marshall Arts for Teens
(grades 6-12) Wednesdays from 6-7 p.m. 9/13 – 11/15 (10 classes)
Martial Arts for Teens will teach students how to be respectful and responsible young adults. Students will be learning a blend of Kenpo Karate, Kickboxing, Judo and Ju Jitsu techniques in a fun and safe environment. Sensei Craig Wharem has over 10 years of teaching experience specializing in combining life skills with Martial Arts training. As the Senior Instructor at Karate International he has had the opportunity to work with students of all ages and can help empower students to reach their potential.
